Comment to ED on “Accountability in Higher Education and Access through Demand-Driven Workforce Pell”

TICAS submitted a public comment in response to the U.S. Department of Education’s Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, “Accountability in Higher Education and Access through Demand-Driven Workforce Pell” (AHEAD). Our comment outlines a series of recommendations to better protect students from potential harms related to Workforce Pell Grants and to ensure that all programs newly eligible for Pell funding are high-quality and deliver value to students.
