Michigan 2026 Policy Playbook: Building Bridges to Better Systems

As we enter the new year, our 2026 TICAS Michigan Playbook outlines our policy priorities, advocacy themes, and research goals to improve higher education in the Great Lakes State. 

While the state is making critical higher education investments, a lack of awareness and ineffective communication strategies continue to create barriers for students. Developing student-centered solutions to these barriers can build bridges to better systems that more effectively serve our students and communities.
