Sarah works on TICAS’ California team to expand college affordability and bolster college accountability. Prior to joining TICAS, she was the West Advocacy Manager at Young Invincibles, leading the California team’s state policy and advocacy efforts in higher education, health care and workforce and finance.
As a native San Franciscan, Sarah completed both undergraduate and graduate studies in political science at San Francisco State University. Her graduate thesis focused on the impacts of institutional racism and colorblindness on the political empowerment of minority youth.
