New York 2026 Policy Priorities
TICAS’ 2026 Policy Priorities for New York State outline the policy changes needed to realize our vision for New York students to successfully complete a postsecondary credential that affords them a pathway toward economic mobility. They also reflect the need for increased state involvement and oversight given sweeping changes in federal higher education policy.
