Nathaniel Ilo is an Admissions Counselor for Diversity Initiatives at UC Santa Barbara, where he fosters connections between staff, students, and the community. With a BA in Sociology from UCSB and an AA in Psychology from Norco College, Nathaniel brings a strong background in education and leadership. He is passionate about providing culturally sensitive support to diverse student demographics, mentoring, and advocating for underrepresented communities. Currently, Nathaniel is pursuing a Master’s in Education at USC, focusing on student development and success.
