Lordana Guillaume is a higher education professional based in Sarasota, Florida. Born and raised in Miami, Florida to Haitian immigrants, her educational experiences inspired her to dedicate her career to ensuring that all people have access to equitable resources and backing to achieve their goals. Her professional interests center on supporting and improving pathways for marginalized communities, with a special focus on first-generation populations. She is a double graduate of Florida International University and currently works for the Education Foundation of Sarasota County as a Student Success Coach and Local College Access Network Coordinator.
