Based in TICAS’ DC office, Jocelyn serves as a Senior Program Associate working on federal affordability issues. Her work contributes to efforts to increase college affordability and access, with a particular focus on improving opportunities and outcomes for students who have historically been underrepresented in higher education. Her experience includes working on policy and strategic communications matters at the Association of Governing Boards of Universities and Colleges, serving as the legislative associate at the National Conference of State Legislatures where she focused on fiscal and education policy issues, and working on K-12 education issues at the Council of Chief State School Officers. A native of Virginia, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Global Affairs from George Mason University and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Public Policy.
