• What are you most excited about working in the Michigan policy space?  I am eager to see how the ideas of each fellow will help shape the work we all do together. The ideas and issues we introduced early on in our discussions have continued to develop throughout each meeting. Overall I am excited to see the outcome of our collective ideas.
  • What impact would you like to leave for students in the higher education policy space?  I would like to somehow contribute towards the work of making college less of a financial and physical burden to students. More specifically, I want to work towards making transportation more accessible.
  • What is something you wish people knew about pursuing higher education in Michigan? Putting resources and money towards colleges and policy’s and programs that help students is overall an investment in a more sustainable economy. College is expensive and navigating institutions is difficult and this barrier can get in the way of students finances and academic security.
