Francisco Martinez serves as the seventh President and CEO of Project QUEST, a nationally recognized nonprofit focused on workforce development. He joined the organization in 2021 as Director of Community Partnerships and was appointed CEO in 2024, bringing his diverse leadership experience to its mission of advancing economic mobility through education and career training.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master’s in Public Administration from California State University, Los Angeles. With more than 20 years of experience in community engagement, social services, and nonprofit leadership, Francisco has worked to expand access to opportunity for individuals and families across diverse communities.
As the first in his family to pursue higher education, and the son of immigrants, he brings a personal perspective to his work and a strong commitment to equity and impact in the workforce development field.
