Chandler has experience in early childhood education, student advocacy, undergraduate student mentoring, and digital activism. Before joining TICAS, she worked as an Early Childhood Education Intern in Michigan. A Michigan native, Chandler earned a Bachelor of Arts in Social Relations and Policy from Michigan State University, with minors in African American and African Studies and Women’s and Gender Studies.
Chandler is passionate about using strategic communications to drive change and believes social media is a powerful tool for educating, engaging, and inspiring action.
