Angelique Palomar (she/hers)
Angelique manages TICAS’ external communications, media relations, websites, and publication production. She is passionate about using communications and digital advocacy to create social change. As an immigrant to the U.S., Angelique knows first-hand the value of quality higher education and the crucial role it plays in lifting individuals/families out of poverty. Prior to joining TICAS, Angelique worked for a public relations firm in Oakland, where she represented clients in the financial, nonprofit, health and professional sectors. She received her BA in Communications with an emphasis in PR and a minor in International Politics from California State University, Fullerton.
