Ana is a first-generation college graduate who earned her bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development from California State University, East Bay. During her undergraduate studies, she began her career as an Administrative Assistant and over the next six years, advanced to the role of Operations Manager at a nonprofit organization before joining TICAS.
As the Associate Director of Operations at TICAS, Ana is passionate about creating efficient processes, supporting employees, and fostering a positive workplace culture. She is dedicated to helping make TICAS an even better place to work for all employees.
