The Institute for College Access & Success (TICAS) announced today that Sameer Gadkaree has been selected as the organization’s new president and CEO. Gadkaree has served in senior roles in both higher education and philanthropy. He will assume his new role at TICAS on October 1, 2021.

The California State Legislature and Governor Newsom reached agreement on a 2021-22 state budget that includes historic investments in state need-based financial aid that TICAS and other advocates have long championed.
