TICAS Supports CA Governor and Legislature’s Moves Towards Cal Grant Reform

TICAS wrote two letters after the May California Budget Revise to express our support for an equitable phased-in approach to Cal Grant Reform that protects and increases access to financial aid for adult learners, student parents, first-generation, and low-income students as the Assembly, Senate, and Governor begin negotiations on the final budget.
