Statement on Michigan’s Final FY23 Budget

The Michigan state legislature passed a budget that invests over $2 billion in higher education for Michiganders. TICAS applauds this investment’s growth from last year’s $1.8 billion, demonstrating a growing commitment to improving higher education access and affordability. Both are essential to achieve the state’s 60 by 30 attainment goal.
