The Institute for College Access and Success (TICAS) Study on Student Protections
Purpose
Thank you for your interest in our study. We are seeking respondents interested in sharing their experiences, who meet the following criteria:
- Have burdensome student loan debt and struggled to repay after graduating or leaving college
- Have or had difficulty securing employment (underemployment, unemployment, employment not within your specific field, etc.)
Procedures
You will be asked to complete the survey below. Answering the questions will indicate your consent in participating in this study. Please answer the questions as openly and honestly as possible. You may skip questions. The survey will take approximately 5 to 10 minutes to complete. You must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Your information will not be shared beyond TICAS without your consent and will be used only for the purposes of this study.
Benefits
Our study aims to build support for student protection policies, and your voice is important to bringing student experiences to the attention of policymakers and journalists.
Voluntary Participation
Participation in this survey is voluntary. If you decide to participate, you do not have to answer any questions on the survey that you do not wish to answer. You can choose to withdraw your responses at any time before you submit your answers.
Payment
There are no costs to participate, and you will not be paid to complete this survey.
